We need volunteers for the 2023 Soaring Eagles Arts, Beats and Eats.  We have a great opportunity this year to raise money for our foster care department. We will be running a Beverage booth, selling Pop and water while, spreading awareness of foster care.

Event hours are Friday - Sunday 11am to *11pm Monday 11-*9pm. Volunteer hours are different. (per sign-up sheet)

• Four time slots are available. 
• *4-hour shifts are available
• You can work multiple shifts (much appreciated)
• I'm (organizer) working everyday (opening and closing)
• 3 Volunteers per shift (staffing requirements, per contract)

• Free parking passes and additional event tickets will be available.
• Breaks will be available for you to have an opportunity to enjoy the festivities. 

sign-up cut off will be August 31, 2023.  I will be contacting everyone through teams or personally, to arrange a time to pick up your parking passes and entrance wrist bands.
