Meet around 10am at the back of the chalet to husk the corn. Everyone is welcome and no sign up is needed. Lend a hand at the pool cleanup and husk some corn to start your morning right :) The more the merrier!
In chalet kitchen. Boil hot dogs, wrap individual hot dogs in buns in serving paper and place in warming containers.
Inside the chalet kitchen. Receive chili pots from chefs following drop-off schedule, keep chili warm on stove, bring chili pots outside for serving. Wash empty pots.
Sell tickets for purchase of food/beverages, cash and tap pay accepted.
Prepare and sell popcorn and cotton candy in the kid's section (tennis courts)
IN TENNIS COURTS: 2 adult supervisors to oversee and assist in kid's section. 1) bilingual to assist bouncy operator and ensure safety of children, 2) to assist students at popcorn/cotton candy/snack stand as needed
In kid's section (tennis courts). Help with games, play with younger children and make sure everyone is having fun!
Many hands make light work! Please help us clean up, fold tables and put things away.
Serve our famous Beacon hill Chili outside the chalet. Apron provided. Must be 18+
Serve Corn on the Cob and prepared hot dogs. Must be 18+
Adult only - alcohol service. Serve beer, wine, soft drinks.
Must be comfortable boiling large pots of water for corn on propane burners. Transfer cooked corn to coolers to be served.
Serve chips, juice boxes and soft drinks in kid's section (tennis courts)
Help set up tables, food stations and games prior to the event.
