Hello Band Booster Families,
We’re excited to invite you to our next ANHS home football game and band performance! This is a great opportunity to continue supporting the students and enjoy an exciting night of music and spirit.
This game is also a perfect chance for new and returning volunteers to get familiar with key roles as we head into competition season. Best of all, volunteers get free stadium entry and a great spot to watch the halftime show!
All home games begin at 7:00 p.m.
We’re looking for help with stadium support and our Front Ensemble push crew. Pick up your volunteer entry tag in the band room before heading to the stadium.
Please review report times and locations carefully. If you're helping at a later time, allow extra time for parking. Team Leaders will contact you if your call time changes.
Volunteer Roles & Details
Stadium Setup 5:30 - 6:45 p.m.
Report to the band room to collect supplies
Set up seat covers in the band section
Shuttle water bottles to and from the stadium
Stadium Support & Cleanup 6:45 p.m. – End of Game
Distribute snacks and water to students in the stands
Patrol the band section during the game
After the game, remove seat covers, pack up supplies, and return everything to the band room
Front Ensemble “Push” Crew Report by 7:15 p.m.
Meet by the band room
Help push Front Ensemble instruments to the field
Stay on/near the track during the performance
After halftime, help return equipment to the band room
A crucial role during competitions—great time to practice in a supportive, lower-pressure setting
