Two vendor options a available:
1) $100.00 for one 10x15 ft booth space. Vendor supplies their own tent and booth set up. No equipment will be furnished.
2) $135.00 for one 10x10 ft booth space under an exhibition tent (no walls), one 6 ft table and two chairs.
3) $10 fee per booth space to add electric

Applications are processed online through the following pages. Before starting:
1) Read the 'Rules & Regulations' located through the link on the vendor page at infusion-art.org
2) Deadline dates are: May 20, 2017 to be included in select printed materials and FINAL DEADLINE is August 15, 2017.
3) An online source - Facebook, Etsy, Instagram - should be included in your application. If none are available, email infusionartofmiamivalley@yahoo.com to arrange for a photo submission.
4) Applications will be reviewed and a status update will be sent via the email address provided within 60 days of submission. Accepted applications will be provided a link for booth payment. No vendor contracts will be valid until full payment is made.
5) Accepted vendors will have an opportunity to provide the committee 'demo times' to announce and share with the public. Part of the event mission is to involve and/or educate guests in/about the process of your art. If you will be performing a demo, please share this with us to announce during the event.
6) Guests will have the opportunity to select their favorite booth! Approved applications will have the option to select which category best fits their booth/art type. Categories are slated to be: Best Booth (display & set-up), Best Experience (interactive), Best Craft & Best Fine Art.
