Thank you for your interest in participating at ArtFest - a celebration of all things creative!
Last year we had one artist backdrop, and this year we want several! As people walk around the park they get to stop at PHOTO OP stations to take group pictures or selfies, and your awesome artwork sets the scene. You get a 10’ X 10’ space in which to create your own backdrop/scene. You do not have to be stationed at your Photo Op station…people will know it’s a photo op by the signage and markings on their festival map. ArtFest provides each PHOTO OP STATION professional signage bearing your name and/or company.
This year we are creating a buzz! Organizations, individuals, artists and students may submit to participate in our Photo Op Stations. Using the 2017 theme of 'Creative & Fine Arts', create a photo op background (i.e., canvas, interactive, 3D illusion, scenery - see our 2016 sample on our website) for ArtFest guests to snap pictures in front of. Stations shall be self serving to the guests and each station will have one 18x24 in sign displaying your name, logo and contact info along with appropriate hashtags. This is a great way to participate in the community arts as a team or individual!
Submissions must be received by August 1,2017. Within 60 days of submission, a status email will be sent to the email address provided with further information. At that time payment will be made to secure your spot as a photo station. A limited number of spaces will be allotted. No electric will be available. Photo station participation fee is $45 and includes one 18x24 in sign. LIMITED REGISTRATIONS WILL BE TAKEN FOR PHOTO OP STATIONS!
