ArtFest is about community and our students play an important role. Student artists are invited to apply for a space in our Student Artist Tent. Each student artist shall apply online through this form. Within 60 days of submission students will receive notification of status to the email address provided. Accepted applicants will be provided directions on how to pay the booth fee to secure their space in the festival.

Booth space is $60. Each student artist (ages 14-18 years) will be provided one 6 foot table and two chairs in a 5x10 foot space under the exhibition tent (no walls). Students may bring displays and any necessary needs to showcase their works that stays within their allotted space. Students may sell their works though are responsible for any sales tax, cash and bagging. No electric can be provided to these areas.

Applications are processed online through the following pages. Before starting:
1) Read the 'Rules & Regulations' located through the link on the vendor page at infusion-art.org
2) Deadline dates are: May 20, 2017 to be included in select printed materials and FINAL DEADLINE is August 15, 2017.
3) An online source - Facebook, Etsy, Instagram - should be included in your application. If none are available, email infusionartofmiamivalley@yahoo.com to arrange for a photo submission.
4) Applications will be reviewed and a status update will be sent via the email address provided within 60 days of submission. Accepted applications will be provided a link for booth payment. No vendor contracts will be valid until full payment is made.
5) Accepted vendors will have an opportunity to provide the committee 'demo times' to announce and share with the public. Part of the event mission is to involve and/or educate guests in/about the process of your art. If you will be performing a demo, please share this with us to announce during the event.
