Volunteer Connection Opportunities FRIDAY APRIL 28TH 10AM-8PM

Volunteer Connection attire: ALL BLACK BUSINESS CASUAL

Greeter: (1 volunteer needed)
Responsibilities include ensuring students/guests are greeted when they enter the facility and provide direction and information.
-Greet guest
-Provide information/direction to activities, restrooms, etc.
-Keep track of head count entering facility
-Help maintain a clean and welcoming environment

Tickets/Registration: (2 volunteers needed)
Responsibilities include performing administrative and clerical tasks and registration.
-Completing/collecting registration forms

Personal Shoppers: (6 male volunteers & 6 female volunteers)
Responsibilities include assisting students shop for prom wear (dress/suit)
-Student personal shopper

Refreshments Station: (2 volunteers needed)
Responsibilities include prepping and serving light refreshments to participants, volunteers, and staff.

Floater: (5 volunteers needed)
Individuals who has no definite position but serves in areas as needed
-Potential stand in for other volunteer positions
-Potentially fulfill unforeseen duties as they arise

Photographer/Videographer/Media: (3 volunteers needed)
Responsibilities include shooting photos and videos.
-Shoot photos and upload content (email to [email protected])
-Shoot 1 minute video clips and upload content (email to [email protected])
