Compassion Sunday Projects - April 16, 2023

Projects:

-Prepare a lunch for the volunteers

-Making posters for Grant Elementary School: Make posters with words of encouragement for the students at Grant Elementary School

-Decorate donated books for Grant Elementary School students:  Write an encouraging short statement inside the book cover or decorate it with stickers or drawing

-Make bookmarks: Make bookmarks for the books collected for the students at Grant Elementary

-Garden to Table Silicon Valley: Volunteers will work at Garden to Table Silicon Valley's garden

-Caps for the unhoused: Decorate the underside of the bill of baseball style cap with words of encouragement or a picture

Towels for the Humane Society: Fold the donated towels and put them in boxes to be delivered to the Humane Society.

-Take food to our friends at St. James Park: Bring snacks and drinks to our friends at the park

-Casa de Clara Yard Work: Misc. landscaping tasks

-Origami: Folding origami for the students at Grant
