The Advanced Cardiac Life Support Class (ACLS) is designed for healthcare providers who either direct or participate in the resuscitation of a patient, whether in or out of a hospital. Classes are available to all paramedics, nurses and physicians. You must pick up materials to complete prerequisite tests prior to class.  Colleagues are to use department supplied materials. Other class participants are to pick up materials at Pro Park One, 2120 South Main St, Goshen, IN 46526 from 9:00 am to 4:30 pm Monday - Friday.

Class will be held 9am-3pm on day one and 9am-12pm on day two if needed. Classes are held at Pro Park One, 2120 South Main St Goshen. Cost of the course is $150.00 for Non Colleagues. Those needing to pay can call 574-364-2621 to make payment arrangements; Colleagues are free of charge.

Complete the pre-course work and pre-course self assessment on the AHA website

 Go to elearning.heart.org and enter precourse work in the search engine

 Click on Launch this course for œACLS Precourse Self-Assessment and Precourse Work

 Complete both the self assessment AND the precourse work (videos). It may take several hours to complete

 Bring  both of these certificates to class:

 Certificate of precourse work completion

 Proof of pretest completion with score of 70% or higher to the class. 

 Inability to attend the entire class session, or arriving without a certificate or a score less than 70% will require rescheduling the class for a later date.
