The 103rd Annual Farmer's Fair begins in Dillsburg, Monday, October 15, and ends on Saturday evening, October 20. The fair includes a full schedule of contests, events, parades, and games. In serving our community, The Meeting House: Dilsburg is coming along side several event planners to provide some needed help to  make their part of the fair be a success. Specifically, volunteers are needed in these areas:
1. Set up bleachers along the street with Lion's Club - Thur and Fri morning 
2. TMH Fun Day Activities - Friday morning - moon bounces, crafts, and games

3. New Hope Game/Activity Attendants 

4. Inflatable Bull Riding at Keller Williams on Saturday

Following is a Time To Sign Up where you may sign up to love and help those in our community. Youth volunteers who are off school for that day are welcome to help out with the children's activities on Friday morning. We also encourage parents with young children to come hang out at Fun Day (Friday morning,10:00 -12:00) just to be available to make new friends in our community.

Locations:

Bleacher set-up: ball field behind Ace Hardware and in front of the fire hall.

Fun Day: Dillsburg Elementary School playground

New Hope booth: near New Hope building- check with Vicki Parks to sign up to help with games and activities

Additional items needed:

1. empty plastic water bottles with lids

2. empty and clean plastic  swimming pools or sandboxes

3. Shelled corn 

4. 8 bales of hay
