Spring 2026 Scholastic Book Fair

Set up afternoon of Friday, March 6

Classes shop AM and PM on Monday, March 9, Tuesday, March 10 and Wednesday, March 11

Literacy Night is on Wednesday, March 11

Clean up afternoon of Thursday, March 12

Volunteers are needed for set-up/clean up and to help students shop and check-out their orders!

Classroom help is greatly appreciated for this event because students need to take taxes into account when purchasing - often needing individual help. Volunteers are welcome to shop with their child's class, but can also help with any classroom. If your student's teacher is not listed, please refer to their schedule or ask their teacher which day they will be shopping.

If you see that grades K, 1st or 2nd have empty volunteer slots as the book fair approaches, please consider signing up as these classes could really use your support (only the librarian or specials teacher is present during the book fair and not the homeroom teacher).

At least 1 cashier is needed for all times, but we prefer 2. We cannot offer shopping without that position filled. The cash registers have clear instructions and are easy to operate!  We will send the instructions to you in advance of the book fair, so you are ready to go.

The book fair will be held in the library - thank you to Ms. Rowand for her help!

*Please note for 3rd and 4th grade students: For specials, Miss Inzana's class is divided among the other 3rd grade classes, and Mrs. Malinowski's class is divided among the other 4th grade classes.  If you are unsure of your child's rotation schedule for specials, please check with their homeroom teacher.

Clearances are required for this event!
