This sheet is for volunteers to sign-up for the February 20th Lenten Fish Dinner.  Read the position duties below, then scroll down to the bottom to signup.

The duties and timeframes are provided below:

Thursday, February 19th - Prep Day (1PM - 4PM) (12 people)

Friday, February 20th - Cooking and meal delivery day (times are approximate) 


Kitchen Stations

Cooks (10) - (Times vary from noon - 7PM)

Platers (6)

Order Fill (6)

Kitchen Cleanup (10 - split shifts)


Dining Hall Stations

Soup Station (1)

Food Runners (5)

Takeout Baggers (4)

Beverage Table Attendants (2).

Dessert Table Attendants (5)

Dining Hall-Host (1)

Dining Hall-Table Escorts (5)

Dining Hall-Clean/Reset (5)


Lobby Stations 

Lobby-Greeters (3)

General Duties (6)


Note:  All personnel are requested to enter through the "C" entrance at the front of the Church Lobby (Trindle Road side).  

All personnel handling un-bagged or un-plated food (primarily cooks, platers, and runners) must wear gloves and a head covering (hat or hair net).  Hair nets are available in the kitchen.
