Volunteers are needed for the Maundy Thursday Seder Dinner. We need volunteers before the event in addition to the day of the event on March 28. Here are the jobs that need to be filled:

Registration table in the Atrium on March 17 & 24 -2 volunteers needed each Sunday to encourage and assist people to register and pre-pay for the dinner 

Servers needed during the dinner -10-13 servers needed; Need to be in Stephenson Hall by 4:45 to get instructions for the evening. You will participate in the Seder meal, have responsibility for serving your assigned table and 1 additional table (refill water and juice carafes, upon completion of the ceremonial part of the meal, get platters of food for both tables for the second part of the meal and bring to the tables). No special attire is required. 

Set-up crew before dinner - Need 4-5 people tn Stephenson Hall from 2:30-4:30 to help lay out place settings, glassware, candles, carafes, and bowls on each table.

Registration and Check-in table - 1 person to be outside Stephenson Hall from 4:45-5:45 to mark attendance and to check-in of pre-registrants, greet walk-ins, take dinner payments, and place people at tables.
