This is a FREE event open to all Tulane faculty, residents, fellows, students, and staff.

Location: Hutchinson Building, Room 1521 (First Floor).

An appointment is REQUIRED to get your photo taken: it helps us keep track of everyone's email and ensures we can return photos promptly. Come anytime during your appointment window. Please arrive during your scheduled appointment window. 

If you miss your appointment, you will need to reschedule for the next available photo session out of respect for everyone's time. 

⚠️ Due to increased volume, walk-ins are not accepted.
