Please sign up for 4 spots, only 2 of which can be food or drink donation.   After you complete 4 duties your $125 check will be voided.  If you would like the check back, please contact the NYFC at info@nyfcpolarbears.org.   If you have not signed up to volunteer for 4 duties by August 31st, your $125 check will be cashed and the NYFC will consider this money a buyout fee.  You must sign up for and complete 4 duties to get your $125 deposit back.  We ask that you only sign up for 4 duties until everyone has a chance to sign up.  If there are open spots available after 9AM on August 20th, you may volunteer for more than 4 spots and receive an additional $10.00 refund toward your 2024 registration fees for each additional spot worked (extra food or drink donations do not count for the $10 credit).  (Your total refund cannot exceed your registration fees for next season).
