Hawkrock Scholarship Bingo Volunteer Sign-Up Sheet 

Help prepare the Lions Club for the fundraiser. Tasks include setting up tables and chairs, decorating, setting up the raffle basket area, organizing bingo supplies, setting up the concession stand, putting up signs, and general event preparation.

Welcome guests as they arrive, sell/collect advance tickets, handle admission, answer questions, and direct guests where they need to go.

Sell raffle tickets, explain the raffle baskets to guests, help guests place tickets into the appropriate baskets, keep the raffle area organized, and lastly hand baskets/door prizes to appropriate winners.

Prepare and serve food and drinks, take concession orders/payments, restock food and drinks, and keep the concession area clean.
