Green Bean Almondine is a French-style dish where "almondine" simply means "with almonds". It became popular in the United States in the mid-20th century, celebrated for its elegant yet simple preparation of green beans with butter, almonds, and sometimes lemon. Recipe will be provided.

This flavorful festive salad has all the colors of Mardi Gras with purple, gold, and green ingredients. Recipe will be provided.
