We have two different dates available for Parent Consultations this year - Tuesday 31th January or Thursday 9th February. Please note, the consultations last for ten minutes and take place with your child's class teacher.

When booking your consultation slot, please book under your child's first name and last name. There will be a chance to add the name(s) of those who are attending the consultation later in the booking form. Once you have selected the time you would like to book, scroll down and click/tap on the grey box to complete the relevant details.

Consultations will take place in the school hall with seating made available for you whilst you wait. We ask everyone to try their best when running to time. This will involve:

- Arriving five minutes before your appointment time

- Arranging a follow up meeting (if required) if your consultation requires further discussion

- Listening for the bell which will ring every 10 minutes signalling the close/start of consultation times. Please respect the family who follows after you by drawing conversations to a close in good time.

For families in Reception, there will be an opportunity to discuss the Reception baseline that took place recently and also to discuss how you child is settling in. For families in Year 1 and Year 2, there will be a chance to look through your child's books.

Children are able to join as we appreciate there may be some challenges with organising childcare. However, please be mindful that professional conversations take place at parent consultations and sometimes it is easier to talk openly without children present. We are offering a creche on the night for children aged 2 and upwards in our library area; this will run from 3:30 - 7:00.

Sunset will operate as usual but will take place in classrooms at the front of our school instead.

Time slots are available on a first come, first served basis. Please do keep a record of your appointment as we often have a number of missed appointments due to errors being made.

We look forward to seeing you in school!
