The following is to be used to evaluate your readiness for a Resident Assistant position. Honest self-evaluation will help you assess if an RA position is something you would enjoy and excel at. Based on how you perceive and understand the RA role, evaluate your strengths in each of the following areas of responsibility. There is space available in each category for you to comment if you feel an explanation is necessary.
