You are registering for Gleaning Authenticity from a Moment of Truth

Registration Form created by MN Reconciling Congregations

All of us experience moments of truth. Sometimes those moments shape us forever.

What if one’s moment of truth was realizing that unless they lived their life authentically, they’d someday be on their deathbed looking back with overwhelming regret?

You're invited to a virtual learning experience on Saturday, January 23 from 10-11:30 a.m. Ellie Krug will share about one critical day when she realized that life is to be lived, not endured, and where it became clear that unless she overcame enormous fear (including the fear of dying alone), she’d look back at living her entire life as a man with great regret. Ellie speaks of the challenges that came with dramatically shifting life course to womanhood and the rewards of finding one’s true authentic self. You don’t need to be transgender or know someone who is transgender to appreciate this talk. You just simply need to be human seeking to live an authentic life—whatever “authenticity” means to you.

This learning event, sponsored by MN Reconciling Congregations, is OPEN TO ALL - you don't need to be a member of a Reconciling congregation, just interested in learning more about the importance for all persons to be able to live openly as their authentic selves. You will hear Ellie speak and have an opportunity to interact with her. Please invite others to join you for this event! You will receive an email with the link for the presentation several days prior to the event.
