Friday Set Up
Set up anytime between 9am-4pm. If Spring Fair is moved indoors due to rain, all volunteer set up time will be from 4pm-5pm. Set up takes place at the school
Friday Clean Up
Volunteers will assist with breaking down tables, packing up supplies, and helping return the school grounds to normal.
Volunteer Check In Table
Responsibilities include greeting volunteers, helping them sign in, directing them to their stations, handing out tee-shirts, and answering basic questions.
Entrance Greeters
Volunteers are needed to welcome attendees as they arrive at the fair. Responsibilities include greeting families, handing out drawstring bags to students, and helping create a warm and welcoming start to the event
50/50 Raffle (adult volunteers ONLY)
Adults (18+) only. Sell raffle tickets.
Silent Auction (Adults Only)
Adults (18+) only. Volunteers are needed to help oversee the silent auction during the fair. Responsibilities include monitoring bid sheets, answering questions, and helping ensure the area stays organized.
Bounce House (Ages 16+)
Volunteers (16+) will supervise the bounce house area, help manage the line, and make sure children are entering and exiting safely.
Dunk Tank Attendant (Staff Only)
Staff will assist with organizing turns, keeping the line moving, and making sure the activity stays safe and fun for everyone.
Milkshake Stand Volunteer (Ages 16+)
Volunteers (16+) are needed to help at the Farm Show Milkshake Stand. Responsibilities include assisting with selling milkshakes, helping manage the line, and keeping the area organized.
Cake Walk (Adult Volunteer Only)
Adults only (18+). Volunteers are needed to help run the cake walk during the fair. Responsibilities include organizing participants, helping run each round, and assisting with prize distribution
Basketball Toss Inflatable (Ages 16+)
Volunteers (16+) will supervise the basketball toss inflatable area, help manage the line, and hand out prizes.
Soccer Shootout Inflatable (Ages 16+)
Volunteers (16+) will supervise the soccer shootout area, help manage the line, and handing out prizes.
Home Run Derby Inflatable (16+)
Volunteers (16+) will supervise the home run derby area, help manage the line, and handing out prizes.
QB Blitz Inflatable (16+)
Volunteers (16+) will supervise the QB Blitz area, help manage the line, and handing out prizes to children.
Sports Combo Bounce House (16+)
Volunteers (16+) will supervise the bounce house area, help manage the line, and handing out prizes to children.
Multi Sports Combo Arena (16+)
Volunteers (16+) will supervise the multi sports arena area, help manage the line, and handing out prizes to children.
Battle Dome Interactive Arena
Volunteers will supervise the battle dome arena, help manage the line, and handing out prizes.
Skeeball Inflatable (16+)
Volunteers (16+) will supervise the skeeball area, help manage the line, and provide prizes to children.
Ice Hockey Shootout
Volunteers will supervise the ice hockey shootout area, help manage the line, and handing out prizes to children.
Hover ball Archery Target (16+)
Volunteers (16+ will supervise the archery target area, help manage the line, and hand out prizes to children.
Bounce Ball
The attendant will assist students as they take turns bouncing balls into the game containers, help explain the rules, and award prizes if applicable
Dunk Pond
The attendant will guide students as they try the game, explain the rules, hand out prizes, and ensure the game runs safely and smoothly
Dunk The Duck (Nerf Game)
The attendant will guide students as they try to dunk the target, explain the rules, hand out prizes, and ensure the game runs safely and smoothly
Fish Pond
The attendant will guide students, explain the rules, hand out prizes, and ensure the game runs safely and smoothly.
Knock Em Down
