You Instructor Chris Mooney, is a veteran real estate leader with more than 50 years of industry experience, recognized for his expertise in development, land use, and the intersection of housing policy and property rights. He has advanced the industry through his brokerage leadership and national involvement, shaping policy, guiding complex initiatives, and leading legislative efforts and presentations before the Idaho Joint Finance-Appropriations Committee.
