Descriptions:

Officials - These are individuals who are certified with the MPSL.  Stroke and Turn officials from both teams are needed for each event - depending on the number signed up - there will be breaks if there is enough to rotate.

Assistant to Hytek - Sit with Jeff Thrush at Hytek Table and learn how the system and meet runs (please note - Jeff will be gone after next year so we would like at least 2 people to learn the system to take over the Hytek operations for him in the future)

Timers - This person times the event of the swimmer in their lanes.

Back Up Timer - This person will start the stopwatch in case one of the timers did not start theirs and replace your stopwatch with them

Finish Judge - this person will write the order of the lanes swimmers finish the race.

Stagers - This person will have a copy of the meet program and will ensure that Dauphin Swimmers are behind the blocks 2 events before their race

Runners - This person will collect the timers and finish judges papers and take them to the scorers table. Also will help to collect DQ slips from officials and take them to the Referee to sign off.

Ribbons - This person will place stickers on the ribbons for each event.  Normally will start doing this at Halftime till the end of the meet.

Concession Stand - we will need one cashier and at least one other volunteer to man the concession stand.  Grillers will work the Grill (Dan Wise has volunteered to be one of the folks on the grill)

Concession Stand Donations - List of items requested for our concession stand to be donated to make our concession stand a success!  Team will purchase meats, buns, etc  Please drop off at the concession stand the morning of before entering the gate
