This sign up is for the Varsity Home game vs. Cedar Cliff on 10/9/26

*Concessions plays a significant role in funding our band for the year and it takes many hands to make it work; we ask that each family cover at least a few shifts over the season. We appreciate you!

* Volunteers signed up by Wednesday, 10 am before the game are guaranteed FREE attendance for the game. Students are welcome and encouraged to help. (Come to the concessions stand sometime during the game for a free entree & drink!)

*All volunteers must have clearances on file with the district. See cvschools.org for more information.

Home Concessions:

* Cashier: Take Orders and Money, provide change.  Must be an Adult.

* Server: Gather drinks and food to complete order from Cashier 

* Food Handler: Put together orders for Server. Positions include sandwich station, walking tacos, pizza station, grilling, and drink station. 

* Floater: Helps to make sure food and drinks are available in both concessions stands. Tasks include restocking drinks, food items, replenishing condiments, etc.  Helps where needed and will sometimes walk items to/from concession visitor and home concession.

We have split the time frames in hopes of getting some families who aren't able to show up early for the games. If you are able, please sign up for both shifts to allow for less transitioning during the game.

Visitor Concessions:

* Same positions available match Home Concessions.  Depending on how many people are working and how busy visitor side may be, the teams works together to coordinate the efforts.

Fry Wagon:

* Cashier: Take orders and money, provide change.  Must be an Adult.

* Drinks: Provide drinks to complete order from Cashier.

* Server: Gather food to complete order from Cashier.

* Fryer: Cook food in the Fry Wagon.  Must be an Adult.

* Runner: Helps to make sure freezers are filled and drinks are available.  May walk and move product between Home Concessions and Fry Wagon as needed.  Must be an Adult.

Parent Helpers: Sit in the stands with the band during the game, filling drink coolers / getting cups & water to band members. Must arrive at stadium by 5:30.

Pit Crew/Prop Movers: Help unload, set up any sound equipment and push equipment and props on and off the field. Game dependent, will meet around 5:30 on the Fry Wagon side of the track - expect more communication from Gloria Weary (717-448-0435). Can easily be combined with other game day volunteer roles!
