Sign-up to serve at the Mechanicsburg Community Dinner on Sunday, February 19th at 5 PM hosted by local churches.

Location: Buhrig's Gathering Place - 25 East Main Street, Mechanicsburg

We're looking for people to greet and serve a delicious meal to our downtown neighbors. Here are the job descriptions for each area - 

Set-up Team - Help set-up the food area and other items as needed. Please arrive by 4:15 PM.

Hosts/Hostesses - Greet guests as they arrive and give them direction on what to do. Please arrive by 4:30 PM.

Servers - Serve guests and assist in the food line. Servers will need to wear either a hat or hairnet and gloves while dishing food. Please arrive by 4:30 PM.

Floaters/ Runners - Step in as needed, help people take food to their seats, and run to get things as they come up. Please arrive by 4:30 PM. 

Table Hosts - Sit at the tables to get to know our guests and talk with them as we eat our meals together. Please arrive by 4:40 PM.

Tear-down Team - Assist in cleaning up after the meal ends. Please come to enjoy a meal around 5 PM. Clean-up will start around 6 PM.
