This sign-up is to schedule parents to help with the set-up and break-down of the team tents for each regatta. A separate FOOD DONATIONS sign-up will be sent. It takes a TEAM of parents to organize and maintain the tent. Thank you in advance for your support.

• Friday set up includes arriving at the river by 4:00 pm, moving equipment up from the boathouse, and setting up the tents. 
• Saturday morning duties include arriving at the river by 6:30 am, finish setting up the site, and putting out the food. 
• After the last W. Springfield race of the day, we need to clean and break down the site.

Each spot is worth one volunteer point - you must sign up before the regatta to be counted.
