> Adult volunteers who would like to receive an AGIOS t-shirt (but are not running the course), must register at westshorefree.org/students by August 3 . Pick-up your t-shirts at the first aid tent area at the event.
NOTE: New this year is an opportunity for adults to run the course as a fundraiser for Student Min Scholarships! Cost is $40. If you would like to run the course in addition to volunteering, choose a volunteer spot that is not during the race time of 5-8pm.
VOLUNTEERS: WHEN & WHERE TO MEET
> Weekend Help with Mud Pit (Pre & Post Event): Josh Smith will contact you to find out your availability
> Set-Up Help: Meet at 1:00 at the East Entrance
> Registration Logistics: Meet at 2:45pm in the upper main lobby for instructions (unless you are one of the later shifts that starts between 5 and 6-- then just report to your assigned area at the shift time)
> Ushers: Meet Quay San in Student Cafe at 3:15pm for instructions
> Obstacle Course Help: Meet at 3:30pm at the race start (near the picnic pavilion) for instructions and then be in place for the race at 5:00pm.
> Clean-Up: Start taking down obstacles as soon as they're no longer needed.
OBSTACLE COORDINATORS: Connect Russ Allen to discuss your obstacle and verify set-up time and help needed during the week beforehand. Note that some obstacles may change as we finalize the 2023 course. We welcome your ideas! Obstacles should be fully prepped and ready for action by 3:00pm Sunday! Obstacle helpers will assist you and racers with the obstacle during the event.
