The Hershey Bears are hosting the 15th annual Scout Sleepover at Giant Center on Friday, March 13, 2019.

Participants receive their game ticket, a Giant Center dinner meal voucher, a Hershey Bears Scout Sleepover patch and parking pass. Plus, post game activities and entertainment. On Saturday morning, enjoy a hot breakfast before departing Giant Center.

Participants sleep on the main concourse (the walkway between the seats and the concession stands). Our pack would have its own area on the concourse, but the event has other groups (and usually gets about 600 people) so there would be other groups throughout the concourse. Tents aren’t allowed but air mattresses and sleeping bags are.

We will bring our stuff to an entrance at ice level prior to the game and leave it there until after the game. After the game, the sleep-over attendees are split into three groups. Each group rotates through (1) setting up their stuff, (2) skating on the ice (skates are available for use, but they encourage those with skates to bring them to ensure enough for all participants), and (3) a program put on by Zoo America. After each group has rotated through each activity, there is a movie on the jumbotron. Lights out is usually 12:30 pm or 1:00 am.

There is no food after the game but the restrooms are open throughout the night. Attendees depart after breakfast.

100 Level Seats and Sleepover cost $56.50 per person
200 Level Seats and Sleepover cost $51.00 per person

100 Level Seats alone cost $22.00 per person
200 Level Seats alone cost $16.50 per person

Parent/Guardian required to attend with scout. Only scouts are able to attend, sorry no siblings.

The deadline to sign up and pay is Tuesday, February 25. The pack is required to have a minimum number of 15 tickets to register.

Payment is due in advance. Tickets are non-refundable and valid only on Friday, March 13.
