Please note: 

1) Choose the lane with the bar height you want. 

2) Please note whether you will do RX (50/35#, Toes to Bar, and Double Unders) or Scaled (35/20#, Knee Raises, and Single Unders). 

3) Please bring your own jump rope when possible. You can use BRICK's ropes, but keep in mind that others will also need to use them. Share! :) 

4) Judge before / after your heat! We'll need help!
