This live training is 3 consecutive days from 8:00am - 4:30pm. It will be held in the TUL Conference Room #1.

Target Audience: VSST members, MAC members, Vice Presidents, Directors, and Managers. If a colleague is not a Manager or Director, they must have approval from their Direct Report to take the course.

The course consists of a 3-day class, a test, and a commitment to participate in a 4-day project facilitated by TUL Services.

At the conclusion of the course, participants should be able to:

• Identify the transformation process described in the course
• Use A3 thinking to evaluate problems
• Identify the techniques of an effective team manager
• Describe all phases of the RIE process
• Use a systematic methodology to implement corrective action
• Identify the attributes of a cell

In order to earn Bronze Certification, the participant must complete the entire course, pass the exam at the end of the course, and have participated in an RIE prior to the course or within 6 months after the course.

There is a maximum capacity of 8 participants per course.
