We are continuing our Family Promise outreach on Sunday, October 01, going through to Sunday, October 08, 2023. We will be providing supper and overnight housing for 3 families. At the suggestion of Family Promise, we have been providing food cards, which allows families to purchase their own breakfasts. There are also some supplies needed.

If you have never used a Time to Sign Up form before, this is how you sign-up:

• Click the little box by the item you want to sign up for.
• Click the little floating dark grey box at the bottom of the sheet that says "SELECT YOUR ITEM(S).  You will be taken to another page where you will enter your name and your email address.  (You don't need to add your phone number). 

IF YOU SIGN UP FOR SETUP, that will occur after late service on Sunday, October 01.

IF YOU SIGN UP FOR TAKE DOWN, that will occur during early service on Sunday, October 08.

IF YOU SIGN UP FOR FOOD CARDS OR SUPPLIES, they can be dropped off in Henslee Hall anytime before Sunday, October 01.

IF YOU SIGN UP FOR A MAIN COURSE OR SIDE, please indicate what you intend to bring, so we do not have duplicate meals during the week.  You can do this by adding it after your name: ex Ann Backus-pizza. Special dietary needs will depend on the families; one of us will email you with any restrictions by Friday, September 29. Meals need to be brought to church at 5:45 pm, so that the families can start dinner at 6:00 pm. Bring the meals hot, as there is no warming oven in Good Sam kitchen. 

IF YOU SIGN UP FOR OVERNIGHT HOST, please arrive at Good Sam by 7:00 pm, and remember to bring your own sheets or sleeping bag and pillow.  Lights out is 10:00 pm.  Families need to be woken up around 6:30 am, so they can leave by 7:00 am.
