No submissions will be allowed past that date and the determination of whether it is viable to offer those particular badges will be determined at that time.rnrnSchedule of Events:rn9:30 - 10:00 AM - Check- in - Lobby of the Theater (John Edson Anglin Performing Arts Center)rn10:00 - 10:15 AM - Opening Ceremony - in the Theaterrn10:15:30 - 12:00 PM - Sessionrn12:00 - 12:15 PM - Leave No Trace - Scout pickuprnrnCSU Rules and Regulations:rn- Scouts are required to wear a recognizable shirt during the entire dayrn- Attending leaders will be assigned to the same class as their Scouts to assist the instructor, and also help as hall monitorsrn- Scout Law and Oath - We are guests of East Central College and the City of Union. We are privileged, to be able to use this facility. Please be respectful to buildings classrooms. Each Scout should conduct themselves in the true spirit of the Scout Law, Scout Oath, and the Outdoor Code. Please practice "leave no trace" during your visit. Each Scout responsible for helping to clean their assigned classroom.rn- Scouts and leaders are not authorized to utilize other classrooms or buildings, other than the ones designated by ECC for use of the Scouts. All classrooms will be clearly marked.rn- NO Electronic devices will be allowed!! This is a learning environment. All cell phones should be placed on vibrate or turned off.rn- ECC is not responsible for accidents and damaged or lost propertyrnrnDen Leaders and Cubmasters:rnrn- Registration forms and money must be sent together as a Pack/Troop.rn- Troops are not considered registered until all fees have been collected.rn- Forms will ONLY be accepted via electronic submission.rn- No refunds will be given if a scout cannot attend after registration.rn- Attending leaders/adults are responsible for overseeing their scout behavior.rn- It is not the intent to complete every requirement of the badge in the classroom. - The badge Instructor's decision regarding the completeness of the activity badges requirements is final.rnrnTroop leaders/adults attending - 2 leaders/adults per Webolos Den are required to attend, and stay on Campus at all times.rnrnSpecial need scouts must have an adult with them.rnrnMail checks payable to: rnEast Central College - Attn: Education Department rnrnMailing address:rnAttn Education Department, East Central College, 1962 Prairie Dell Road, Union, MO 63084rnrnBe sure to indicate who your payment is for when mailing the payment in.
