Vacation Bible School 

This crew will assist the weeks prior to VBS in decorating. We will have day time assistance needed, evening assistance, and take home assistance. They will be under the direction of Rachel Reesberg and Pastor Jess.

Park Rangers will be in charge of registering kids when they enter into VBS. They will also assist with offering counting each night as well. They will be under the direction of Margaret King.

The Mess Hall crew will report to Darynann Washington. They will help to cook and serve dinner to kids and volunteers. They will also assist with the take home snack each evening.

Lil' Mountaineer Crew members will assist with toddlers and preschool aged students. They will run small groups and be under the direction of Teri Kinder and Bethany Harper.

Kids will choose their own track for the week. STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math) will be one of those tracks. The STEM crew will assist elementary aged kids in science type experiment's as well as help lead small group discussion at the end of each night. They will be under the leadership of Ryan Smith.

Ridge Runners is another track students can choose from. The Ridge Runners will be our recreation track. A RR Crew member will help lead games as well as lead a small group at the end of the evening. They will be under the direction of Rachel Tesch and Joanna Romeo.

Our Appalachian Artisans crew will be in charge of the art track for kids. They will be under the leadership of Anna Blake. They will not only help with art but also run small group at the end of the evening.

This year we will be offering a nursery for parents who are volunteering and have children under the age of 18 months.

Exit Explorers are here to assist with our end of the evening parent pick-up. This year we will be doing a car pick-up line similar to the school pick-up lines. We will need people to assist with making this transition smooth. They will be under the leadership of ___________.

The clean up crew will assist with Thursday night clean-up. Clean up and tear down will take place immediately following the closing of VBS. There will be assigned clean up jobs and areas and each group will have a tote for all their supplies to go in.

These positions will be personal asks from Jessica or Jared. If you have been asked to help with VBS production for the week you will sign up here. Production will include lights, sound, and pro-presenter. There will also be a sound person for the elementary room as well where preschool will have their lessons.
