May Fair is FRIDAY, MAY 8, 2025 from 4:30pm-9pm. THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU for volunteering for the May Fair! Please make sure to scroll the whole way across all the different columns (this is a HUGE signup sheet!!!) There are food booths, arts & crafts, games, activities, general donations, and more!!!

Children (5 and older) are encouraged to volunteer along with their parent or guardian in the same booth and at the same time! Please only signup the adult in a time slot. 

Outdoor PTO booths open at 4:30pm (volunteer slots begin at 4pm). Indoor PTO booths open at 4:30pm (volunteer slots begin at 4:00pm). ALL PTO run booths will close at 8pm. --Anyone who signs up for the final time slot of the night will be expected to help tear down the booth (usually taking 15 minutes or less).
