2027 St. Agnes Auction - Committee Heads 

Help make our auction a success by reaching out to local businesses for donations. Volunteers will contact businesses to request gift cards, merchandise, services, experiences, or sponsorships to be included in the St. Agnes Auction. Every donation helps support our school and community, and no previous experience is necessary—we'll provide a donation request letter and guidance.

The Food Committee Head is responsible for planning and coordinating all food service for the event. This includes contacting and securing a food vendor or caterer, selecting the menu, coordinating quantities, scheduling food delivery and setup, and ensuring everything is ready for guests on event night. The committee head will also work closely with the event chair and volunteers to help ensure food service runs smoothly throughout the evening.

You will input, organize within the Greater Giving Event Software platform. This role is vital for converting raw donation items into ready-to-bid auction packages.

The Decor Committee is responsible for creating a fun, inviting, and cohesive atmosphere for Auction Night. The committee decorate the venue, coordinate table centerpieces, signage, and entry displays, and oversee setup and cleanup. The goal is to create an exciting environment that enhances the guest experience while staying within the event budget.

The Sponsorship Committee will lead outreach efforts to secure financial and in-kind corporate sponsorships for our upcoming event. You will manage our existing sponsor relationships, pitch a warm list of prospects, and identify new community partners. All outreach must be finalized by October 31st.
