Setup - Use our carts to help bring up our, vendors, and other societies's stuff and plants. Setup our society's tables and exhibit. Transform the conservatory into a magical Orchid Land!

Clerking Thur Feb 1st 8:30am - 1:00pm
Clerking- Is a fantastic way to learn more about different orchids, what they look like, their names, what the judges are looking for in an award-winning orchid and how they judge a show.
Clerk for AOS Judges - You will follow a set of judges, help them locate exhibits, specific orchids, and mark down on the sheets which orchids receive awards.
Ribbon Clerking – Find and place the ribbons, glassware and awards on the winning orchids.
Food for Judges Luncheon Thur Feb 1st by Noon
The Judge’s Luncheon is a major highlight of the show. We are known for putting on quite a delicious spread to celebrate our wonderful achievement and to thank the judges, clerks, society members and workers for all their hard work and contributions in making the show as wonderful as it is! We encourage everyone to bring a dish that they love and that would help make this the best luncheon ever! Deliver to education building by noon on Thur Feb 1st.

Tear Down Sunday Feb 4th at 5:00PM
Tear down – Starts at 5pm not before. Take cloth booties off of member’s plants that were in the display put in correct totes, take down and fold black clothes used in display, remove and fold all table clothes and put back into the correct totes, break down society table and place into correct totes, remove your plants from display, help hull down plants and stuff via our carts to make a quick and efficient clean up. Typically done in an hour.
Food for Vendors and SOS Members Friday, Sat and Sunday
Would you like to bring something to nourish the society members, vendors and volunteers and keep them going as they work hard all day Friday, Sat and Sunday? Can be set up in the back break room of the conservatory late morning/early afternoon. Please sign up for what you are bringing and what day you will be bringing it. Thank you so much!
