Opening volunteers should arrive at 6:00pm to support opening procedures and preparation and plan to work through halftime (approximately 8pm).

Closing volunteers should arrive at the the beginning of halftime (approximately 8pm) and work through closing including clean up and close down procedures.

Note: if the game date is rescheduled due to weather, you are expected to cover the make up date or find coverage.
