Some of the key points regarding movement standards:
Traditional deadlifts only. No Sumo.
Judges or other people CAN help change the load on the barbell.
Please note the way to measure distance for HSPUs.
HSPU’s first rep each time must start with the feet above the line (I.e. not with the head on the floor).
Cannot do a 50 foot straight walk. The maximum you are allowed to walk without turning around is 25 feet.
Feet on your push-up must be no wider than shoulder width.
Thighs must be off the ground when pushing up from a hand-release push-up (this is our rule as it helps prevent snaking).
On the bear crawl, the hips must be higher than the head.
If at any time during the bear crawl the hips go lower than the head you have to back up and start at the last 5 foot segment.
