Food Committee
This committee will be responsible for getting bids for our food and drink vendor and selecting the vendor. They will also help coordinate all logistics with food and drink.

Entertainment Committee
This committee will be responsible for finding and securing the entertainment for the event and coordinating all of the logistics with the entertainer.

Awards Committee
This committee is responsible for sending out information to the public about the awards (volunteer of the year, new business of the year, Chamber business of the year) and collecting responses. The Chamber Board will then decide on the winners. The committee will then be responsible for getting the awards ready.

Decorating Committee
This committee will be responsible for having the vision and design for decorating and securing all the items. The entire Chamber board and organization selected will be assist in the actual work of setting up.

Marketing/Publicity Committee
This committee is responsible for all the marketing of the event, including posting all auction items along with their sponsor on social approximately one month ahead of the event to gain interest.

Fundraising Committee
This committee is responsible for keeping track of all of the auction items and organizing them for the event. (Suggest setting up a google spreadsheet with everyone given a link so they can add in their items as they secure auction items). They will also be responsible for communicating this information to the marketing/publicity committee so this information can be marketed.

Ticket Sales
This committee is responsible for setting up the online ticket sales and tracking all ticket sales and communicating that information to ensure we have accurate table and seat counts.

Partnering Organization Liaison
This committee is responsible for sending out the information and agreement to the community requesting submissions to be the partnering organization and will work directly with them to inform them of their selection and telling them what is involved. Also working with them to coordinate securing non-Chamber member auction items and helping publicize and sell tickets to the banquet.
