On October 16th at the United Presbyterian Church in Hornell there will be a funeral planning workshop led by Rev. Bruce Incze of the Arkport Presbyterian Church. This is open to anyone interested. The work shop will take place at 150 Main Street in Hornell. Please enter through the Church Street door located on the side of our building. The workshop will begin at 9 am and finish at approximately noon. The workshop will be conducted in two sessions separated by the coffee break. The first session will focus on preparations for dying including getting one's affairs in order and receiving spiritual care in the dying process. The second session will focus on funeral planning and interment services. Attendees will be provided with useful handouts pertaining to both sessions. There will be an intermission and refreshments will be available. We will have signs directing you to the meeting room when you enter. Regardless of your vaccination status we are requesting you wear your mask. Thank you for understanding.
