Feb. 21: Silent Auction Set Up: 10 a.m.-Noon at Stock's Manor
5-6 volunteers to set up silent auction, put centerpieces out, get room arranged, etc… We could use students here if any seniors don’t have class.

Feb. 21: 3:45 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. - final setup at Stock's Manor
2-3 volunteers for final set up and getting food vendors, DJ, and Monte Carlo folks situated.

Feb. 21: 5:30 p.m.-7 p.m. - registration at Stock's Manor
4 volunteers to do check-in and get everyone their Monte Carlo Money. We will use student volunteers here as long as they are not the ones directly dealing with the Monte Carlo stuff or selling anything.

Feb. 21: 5:30 p.m.-7 p.m.: Volunteers to sell raffle tickets
Jon Boles requests some help to sell the remaining 20-25 raffle tickets at the event.
