We hope all of you can join us for the Preview Night Tailgate on Thursday August 13. This is a great night to connect and reconnect with other band families.
Dinner is at 6:00 pm, with the band performing afterwards, performance around 7:30 pm.
The Music Boosters will provide fried chicken and pizza, but all those attending must provide some fun sides and desserts. We'll have tables for food, but like any good tailgate - school appropriate beverages and chairs are up to you.
- Please use the sign up below to indicate the number of people attending with your family -- including your marching band member(s) as well as what you will be bringing. On the form for first name put Student's Name (#people attending); for last name put the dish you are bringing. For example: First Name: Allen (4) Last Name: fruit tray.
- Tables will be set up by 5:15pm to start putting out your side dishes. We eat at 6:15 pm!
- Please sign up by noon on Monday, August 10 so we know how much chicken to order.
